Fieldline

Booked jobs for contractors who need a steady pipeline in Greater Seattle.

SEO, AI search, and ads built to fill your schedule — not inflate vanity metrics.

  • Inbound calls worth answering
  • A steadier calendar
  • Scope built for your trades and area

Built to market — HVAC Plumbing Electrical Roofing Appliance repair Specialty cleaning

Based in Snohomish County. Serving field service companies across the Pacific Northwest.

Our approach

We sell what fills your schedule — not what sounds good.

Growing shops and new crews alike call us for one main reason: more of the right jobs on the books. We handle your local SEO, website, Google Business Profile, AI search, and ads, scoped to how you run jobs.

02 Scope

Custom to each business

We build around how you run jobs: your trades, service area, site, and priority markets. HVAC is not waterproofing or appliance repair, so this is not a one-template stack. Scope follows your story and where you want more of the right calls.

The calendar is the proof

We care about what hits the schedule. You should know what changed and what booked, without wading through soft metrics that do not fill a truck.

How it runs

A short call, scope in writing, then we take it from here. You stay in the loop — cadence is set in the engagement, not as a report ritual.

Testimony

“I started A/C Dr. Naz from scratch and needed commercial HVAC jobs in Greater Seattle. Fieldline built the website and got us showing up where customers look. The updates are short. I know what’s working without sitting through a long report. In about nine months I hired techs to run the work, and I’ve opened a second location. The phone rings for real jobs, and I can see what it costs. That’s what I needed.”

Basement Expert website hero, basement waterproofing for Puget Sound

Field Search

Search built across the trade

  • 80+ Pages live and in the Field Search plan
  • ~3rd Avg. on basement + foundation local pages
  • 28 City and hub pages in that waterproofing set
  • Sump Sump pump pages rank well too
  • AI Generative answers and AI search built in
  • SEO Full Field Search. Site was already live.

What ranks

Google, generative answers, and AI search

Field Search built and tuned local pages across the trade for classic Google and for generative answers. Basement and foundation waterproofing hubs and city pages average about third. Sump pump pages hold strong positions as well. Structure, clarity, and local proof so AI search can cite the right URLs. Eighty-plus pages under that same plan.

Testimony

“Basement Expert already had a website. What we needed was search that covered the work we actually sell in the Puget Sound. Fieldline runs Field Search for us across waterproofing, sump pumps, and the rest of the service map. Local waterproofing pages sit around third on Google. Sump pump pages rank well too. They also built for generative answers and AI search, not just ten blue links. The site has grown past eighty pages. Updates stay short. I know what’s working. The phone rings for real jobs. That’s what I hired them for.”

Basement Expert

The arc

Field Search on a live operator site

Fieldline did not rebuild Basement Expert from scratch. The job was Field Search across the trade: waterproofing silos, sump pump pages, city coverage, and AI search folded into the plan so generative answers can surface the right pages. Eighty-plus pages live. Waterproofing locals average about third. Sump ranks with them. Same crew. Fuller inbound from search.

Site and brand presence shipped

Fieldline built the Field Site for Ability Tiles: clear pages for bathroom and shower remodel work across Greater Seattle, and a site ready to send to homeowners.

Testimony

“Homeowners judging tile work decide from photos first. Ability Tiles needed a site that shows bathroom and shower remodel the way we install it, not a generic contractor template. Fieldline built the Field Site. The pages show the craft. We send the link instead of a messy photo dump. That alone changed how quotes start.”

Common questions

FAQs

Short answers on fit, how we work, and what we won’t sell.

View all FAQs
How does work start?

Short call, then scope in writing on the job you buy — what’s in, out, and done. If you don’t know what to buy yet, that’s optional Written Scope. Otherwise we go straight to named work.

Do I pay for ads separately?

Yes. You fund ad spend. We run Job Ads and report cost per job. Spend is never inside the Fieldline fee.

How long before we see movement?

Search Patch is a defined ticket with a clear done. Planned search and ads take longer — you’ll know what’s moving on the cadence set in your scope. We don’t sell fake timelines or guaranteed call spikes.

Do you guarantee #1 on Google?

No. We don’t sell fake rankings, exclusive leads, or guaranteed job counts.

Is AI doing the strategy?

No. People set the strategy. AI speeds research, drafts, and checks — it doesn’t run the shop.

Do you only work in Greater Seattle?

We’re based in Snohomish County and work with field service companies across the Pacific Northwest. If you run outside that beachhead, say so on the call — we won’t pretend to cover the whole country.
